Founded in 2014, Gulftech MEP Training Centre was established by a group of experienced engineers with a clear vision—to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. They recognized a common challenge faced by fresh graduates and job seekers: despite having technical qualifications, many struggled to secure quality jobs due to a lack of practical, job-level experience.
With the goal of solving this issue, Gulftech was created to provide hands-on, industry-oriented training that prepares students for real workplace demands. The founders believed that freshers should not be denied career opportunities simply because they lack experience. Their mission was to equip candidates with practical skills, confidence, and project-based exposure that improve employability and support faster placement.The journey began with the first Gulftech branch in Kerala, where students received professional training designed to match industry expectations. With growing demand and successful placement outcomes, Gulftech expanded its presence by opening branches in Bangalore and Coimbatore.
Today, Gulftech continues to support aspiring professionals through career-focused BIM, MEP, and technical training programs, helping students transform their knowledge into rewarding career opportunities in Gulf countries and India.

Scope of MEP

So there must be increase in the demand of efficient and experienced MEP & CIVIL professionals in the market. The research shows that the growth must be steady.
MEP deals with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Mechanical parts include heating, ventilating and cooling systems often referred to as HVAC. Electrical engineering is the branch of engineering science that specializes in electrical design, construction and practical use of electrical systems. Electrical system includes lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, access control, telecommunication, fire alarm CCTV, and public address systems. Plumbing part deals with water distribution, drainage system, and sanitary fixtures orientation and design. Before commencing a large project there must be an active participation of designing and drafting team to produce detailed shop drawings for taking approval from the consultant, authority. This results demand in number of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drafts man and designers vacancy.
